What type of payment can I use?

Our partners Crédit Mutuel and Mollie are at your disposal to allow you to pay by credit card.

Two locations in the heart of Lyon: 3 Place Messonnier, 69001 Lyon / 38 Rue Sala, 69002 Lyon.

Luggage storage

How big are the lockers?

Locker dimensions : W 48cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm

A large space that can hold 3 pieces of cabin luggage or a large suitcase.

Can I access the locker during my booking?

Yes, your locker is accessible during the entire period of your reservation. To do so, you must type your code on the screen as you did on your first visit and press "Temporary exit" (green button). The operation can be repeated as many times as necessary.

How are the lockers secured?

Access to the lockers is only possible after entering 2 codes. The premises are also guarded by CCTV that operate continuously. Also, one of our agents regularly checks the state of the premises and the proper functioning.

What service is provided free of charge with the locker reservation?

The lockers are equipped with sockets to use at your convenience and free Wi-Fi is available.

What is the maximum time limit to book a locker?

There is no time limit to book a locker.

Keys locker

How much does it cost to hire a key locker?

For temporary rental, the cost of reserving a locker is €4.90 per day. If you are more interested in a recurrent rental, we offer a subscription system of 25€ per month. Linen rental

How can I order linen?

 You can place your order online on our website. If you would like to receive linen on a regular basis, please contact us directly by telephone on +33 (0)6 42 98 00 99 or via the contact form

What kind of linen can be rented?

Different kits are available to suit your needs: for the bedroom, the bathroom or the kitchen. Many sizes are also available.

What is the maximum duration for linen hire?

The maximum period for renting linen is 15 days. After this period, the dirty linen must be placed in a new locker.
If you wish to have more linen after this period, you only have to place a new order.

What are the advantages of renting linen from Lockairoom?

Renting linen has several advantages:

  • It avoids the need to buy linen, which can be very expensive.
  • It makes it easier to manage stocks and orders, and ensures that clean, quality linen is always available.

We clean the linen through our partnership with a professional laundry, using high quality products and environmentally friendly washing techniques. We guarantee that the linen is clean and in good condition at every rental.
